Hübner-KTB strengthens its position by acquiring shares in TECLAC Werner GmbH in Fulda

The Allgäu-based company Hübner-KTB Oberflächentechnik GmbH, a leading company in the field of high-quality galvanised plastic parts, announces that it has successfully acquired shares in TECLAC Werner GmbH, based in Fulda. With this strategic expansion, the company consolidates its position as a pioneer in its sector. The resulting expansion of the product range to include the painting of plastic surfaces opens up new opportunities for growth and development for Hübner-KTB, especially on the way to “one-stop-shop” solutions.
Hübner-KTB is a renowned company with many years of experience in the development and provision of state-of-the-art technology solutions for the production and electroplating of plastic parts. The company covers a wide range of services, from the development of customised solutions for all individual customer requirements to precise toolmaking and the high-quality injection moulding of plastic parts. Hübner-KTB also provides comprehensive electroplating services to realise high-quality surface finishes.
