Control and assembly
Depending on the article and its destination, the surface finishing process is followed by final processing using high-quality PVD coating, pad printing or laser marking.
Assemblies are ultrasonically welded, riveted in heat contact systems or manually or automatically joined in assembly lines. None of the products manufactured by Hübner-KTB Oberflächentechnik GmbH leaves the company without final quality control. Your product idea thus initiates a chain of highly optimised processes. From the first discussion to series production readiness, through assembly and finally to packaging and subsequent dispatch.
