For this reason, we continuously invest in process engineering, process sequences and innovative technology. On average, more than 40 different products are being processed and manufactured at the same time. All quality measurements and process sequences are optimally coordinated in order to manufacture the product variants both flawlessly and economically.
We competently and conscientiously carry out all physical and technical product checks in accordance with DIN and industry-related specifications, such as those of the automotive or sanitary industry, in measuring centres and in the company’s own laboratory, from sampling to series monitoring. CAQ systems are used for production monitoring.
